I started to put my perfect summer wishlist together for a vacation, hoping the world would be all safe and ready for travel in 2021 but alas it couldn’t be. But what's needed is needed no matter what the situation is and so I grabbed some of these amazing products for myself already!

Though I’ve started to shop seasonally, which I'm pretty sure will last through the season and into the next, I've always been fascinated with fast fashion and so here's a peek of my current favourites - must haves with just a few checked off.

Off Shoulder Dress
Another must have this season is an airy off-the shoulder dress or top. I found this gorgeous floral print dress in my favourite colour and snagged it immediately. The fitted top compliment the wide, panelled bottom making it more flattering, perfect for garden or beach stroll.

Mini Buckle Bag
Mini bags are a rage this season and especially both vibrant and pastel colours. I found the perfect mini buckle bag on Wholesale7, in some gorgeous shades. I love the gorgeous checkered design and the drawstring patter that make it dainty and stylish at the same time. And guess what, it's at steal price of $4.35. Who wouldn’t want one?

Casual Swimsuit
I love experimenting with prints and so as soon as I saw this gorgeous novelty printed swimsuit I knew I had to have it. I absolutely love both a casual swimsuit as well as a sexy bikini set, and have stocked up on various prints and colours in comfortable, breathable, and flattering fabrics and fits.

Flip Flops
I love my manicured feet, with a hint of colour that peeks through flip-flops. No only that it's easier to keep my feet happy and breathing in pastel coloured flip flops that can take you fro out and about to the beach or even to a date. I’ve picked this gorgeous pair of contrast colour wedge flip flop slippers with a shiver of a heel that helps me float in air.

Hair Hoops
Hair Hoops or commonly known as headbands have shown the biggest come back over the last few years and it's my favourite in the hair accessories category. Some of the styles that I’m digging are padded, embellished, braided and knotted; and even a combination of these. I couldn’t pass the offer on this set of simple Tie A Knot bands.

And well I also plan to stock up on a lot of accessories, including body chains, anklets, earrings, bracelets and more from the 5 Dollar Store, which is going to be super light on my pocket, but stylish on myself.

Let me know in the comments below whats your summer essential?

Until next time,

Productivity is the hallmark of a life well-lived, no matter at any age. Of course, it matters that your kids learn the value of productivity or staying productivity from a very young age. There are several tips and tricks that you can absorb from the experts in this regard. You can always encourage kids activities at home and other hobby classes for helping children stay more productive in the course of each day.

Yellow Class will help you out with tons of kids activities online and innovative classes/sessions. As a parent you will have the power towards encouraging your children to get involved, brush up their skills, stay engaged and most importantly, stay productive! Success is actually not about results or final outcomes; it is about learning how to remain productive. Those who are successful are hugely productive, continually expanding their areas of interest and scope of operation while also learning continuously, each day at a time. They have friends, multiple hobbies and ample time for their families while being able to travel and enjoy numerous experiences in turn.

Successful and productive adults are more likely to have been hugely productive as children as well. Here are some tips from the experts, keeping the current digital age in mind:

Teach relevant technology skills - In today’s world, teaching your children the right technical skills will help them stay more productive. For instance, if your child can take a screenshot of something, then he/she can easily show the same to others instead of spending time on a phone call or message to explain the aspect. This is just an example. Start with simple things for children including taking screenshots and photographs, emailing, editing and so on. Technology will ultimately boost productivity a great deal!

Playing games together - Productivity can be taught to children by playing fantastically engaging games together on smartphones, tablets and other devices. These games will help your children focus on the task at hand and the technique works marvellously indeed. It will teach your children the value of goal-setting as well.

Get learning resources online - You can get learning resources and other skill sessions online like the Yellow Class. These platforms go a long way towards enhancing productivity by teaching your children things like dancing, painting, storytelling, creative writing, DIY crafts and a mélange of other interesting activities that will build their creative and social skills while keeping them productively engaged all throughout.

Teach your children responsible usage of technology and load division - While you’re teaching your children how to use technology to stay productive and encouraging them to browse for added learning resources or inputs, make sure that you teach them responsible usage of technology and also to divide their time amidst multiple activities (both offline and online) that they have on a regular basis. Teach them how to plan out tasks for the day and complete each one with short breaks in between. Encourage them to accomplish milestones and goals which they can write down and tick off alongside.

Memorising things - Teach your children how to memorise things and ideas that come to their mind and write them down or capture them. This will help in staying more productive and acting on ideas.

More than anything else, you need to set an example to your children as well, by staying productive and honing your own interests and skills. Your children will naturally follow suit.

The scorching summer heat is at its peak, and the effect it has on our bodies and our moods requires remedial measures. The temperature keeps rising, and our skin is sucking the heat deeper into our bodies rather than helping us cool down. The worst is the occasional downpour that brings temporary relief and then layers the atmosphere with more humidity. All of this coupled with the pollution from the metro area, and going outside becomes nothing short of a living hell.

The brutal month of May, followed by scorching June and burning July, will consume us with the heat's ill effects. Don't let the temperature get you down, though. Use these simple tips to cool down like a pro.

Stay Hydrated
Summers tend to reduce your body fluids quickly. Drink water or juices at regular intervals, even if you do not feel thirsty, as thirst is a sign of dehydration. Plain water should be your best friend during these months, and stored in a Keepto Water Bottle to replenish your bodily fluids instantly. The 64oz water jug has a motivational quote and time marker to remind one to stay hydrated and drink enough water throughout the day.  The bottle is BPA and toxin, odour free and healthy for daily water drinking while being eco-friendly, leak proof and reusable.

Eat Small Meals
Not only should you eat light, small, and frequent meals, but also you should add summer colours to your meals. Every meal you consume should have a rainbow of colours that are essentials for the needs of the human body. Include fruits at breakfast to help your skin cool naturally. Leafy vegetables and staple salad items are great, as they contain a significant amount of water, which also cools the body internally. Also keep that Keepto water bottle handy.

Protect the Skin
The best and easiest way to protect your skin from the heat is to wear loose clothing made from natural fabrics that facilitate sweating. If you are going out and about, ensure that you use a sunscreen to protect the skin against the harmful rays of the sun. Also, make use of sunglasses, hats, and light gloves to keep the sun away.

Shower Away
A simple way to cool the body is to shower as soon as you return home. The main idea here is to cool the body, so it is advisable to keep the water either cold or mildly warm, taking care to avoid showers with really warm or hot water. Take up a water-based activity like swimming or surfing to include a bit of exercise while beating the summer heat.

Stay Indoors
Restrict going outdoors, and step out only for your essential chores, either in the early morning or late evening, while spending the afternoon indoors. When indoors, try simple ways to keep the air naturally cool and use energy-efficient cooling gadgets that are well maintained and serviced regularly.

So how do you manage to keep cool and composed every summer? Share your favourite trick with me in the comments below.

Until next time,

Carrot Seed Essential Oil is the most underrated essential oils ever, however the human race is suddenly waking up to its immense benefits. One of the overlooked aspect of the oil is that it contains Carotene, Carotenoids and Vitamin A, which is very good for healthy skin, hair, gums and teeth. Also, it has a soft earthy smell that relieves stress and exhaustion, detoxifies and stimulates skin rejuvenation. Carotene creates a formative action on the epidermal cells that keeps wrinkles at bay and fights age spots.

With so many benefits, no wonder Carrot Seed Essential Oil has taken the beauty industry by storm and is making its presence felt in most products in the skincare and haircare ranges. Recently one of my favorite brands launched two new ranges of products - Goat Milk Range and Carrot Seed Range.

NEUD Carrot Seed Premium Face Wash
The Face Wash is infused with pure carrot seed extract and is naturally pH-balanced that not only cleans sweat, oil, pollution and grime, but also restores freshness of the delicate facial skin. Oleic acid and geranial in carrot seeds eases skin inflammation and inhibits enzymes that cause dermatitis. As a natural powerhouse of vitamin A, α, β and γ carotenes, and carotenoids, the face wash enables to have a youthful, healthy facial skin that fights off cell damage caused by free radicals, UV radiation and pollution.

NEUD Carrot Seed Premium Hydrating Lotion
The Lotion is infused with pure carrot seed extract and is naturally pH-balanced that penetrates easily, nourishes deeply, tightens and rejuvenates the skin to give it a flawless look. The formula helps restore skin’s elasticity, making it plump, healthy and soft while the protein in the oil promotes new skin cell formation, reduces wrinkles and scars and removes free radicals.

NEUD Carrot Seed Premium Shampoo
The Shampoo s infused with pure carrot seed extract and is naturally pH-balanced that helps restore hair luster as it cleans scalp, reduces frizz, repairs split ends and soothes irritation and itching without washing away natural oil. As a natural powerhouse of vitamin A, α, β and γ carotenes, and carotenoids, the conditioner helps achieve shiny, healthy hair while preventing hair damage caused by free radicals, UV radiation and pollution.

NEUD Carrot Seed Premium Hair Conditioner
The Conditioner is infused with pure carrot seed extract and is naturally pH-balanced that helps moisturize hair, increase elasticity, improve texture and above all reduce split ends and breakage. As a natural powerhouse of vitamin A, α, β and γ carotenes, and carotenoids, the conditioner helps achieve shiny, healthy hair while preventing hair damage caused by free radicals, UV radiation and pollution.

All products from NEUD are clinically tested by renowned dermatologists and skin specialists making them 100% effective for skin and hair. The NEUD Carrot Seed is the most amazing range I’ve come across to help your skin and hair bounce back to its original avatar in a natural and organic way. I’m making this switch and if you are I would highly recommend you to try the new NEUD range, check https://neud.co.in/ for product availability.

Until next time,

One of the most magical fashion essentials today is shape wear, that helps smoothens out every unflattering bulge on your body. Its almost like someone has photoshopped your body in real life making it red carpet ready every single time you wear it. However, as this garment makes it to every closet in the world, an impending issue about the arrays of styles and fabrics make it complicated to pick. So the dilemma that everyone faces is which fit will work best for your body, which, which style will compliment your wardrobe and which fabric will iron out your look.

I have earlier written about the fit and style of shape wear that needs to be considered, and so today I tackle an important question…. the fabric of the shape wear that is very important as it plays a huge role in comfort and benefit of the article.
Feelingirl Lycra Backless Shapewear Butt Lifter Slimming Bodysuit
Seamless:
Just as the name type, seamless shape wear blends into your clothing like skin to give you comfort and confidence all day long. The best slimming bodysuit are seamless as they not only hide the bulges and make the edges smoother but also are extremely breathable.
Feelingirl Seamless High Waisted Tummy Control Panties Best Shapewear Under Dress
Silicone Lining:
No matter what part of the body is needed to be shaped, silicon lining offers undetectable edges with no curls while holding the garment firmly in place. All types of shape wear including tummy tuckers and thigh shapers are available with silicone lining which will make you feel confident in every move.
Feelingirl Women Arm Compression Post Surgery Front Closure Bra
Xtra Stretch:
One of the best fabrics to opt for is the Xtra Stretch with a healthy mix of Spandex and Elastic. This fabric is mostly used in waist trainer shorts as it can be stretched repetitively and recover its original shape. There will not be any case of the shape wear becoming overstretched or sassy over time.

Having said that, every body is beautiful in itself and yet we choose to see how unsatisfying it is to our own eye. And as body makeup, shape wear surely stands out and helps boost your body confidence. Most of my shape wear is from FeelinGirl and I picked my shapewear after reading some amazing FeelinGirl reviews online, so just trust me and just pick up the best products available for their website.

Until next time,
